Introductory presentation and discussion on the main challenges posed by urbanization in relation to its impact on nature.

An introductory presentation was given on the main effects that urbanisation has on nature, with special attention to the impacts on biodiversity, highlighting the value of urban nature, its main threats and its importance for human beings. A discussion was then held with the audience in which possible action measures for improving urban biodiversity were debated, from the personal to the collective level. Attendance: 50 people.
